It's been a while since I've given you all an update on what's going on! So... here goes!
I've been working hard at developing Little Valley Co's 2025 plan. I created a long wish list of things I want to accomplish this year and settled on these main goals for the year.
- A giveaway to celebrate Little Valley Co's 2nd birthday (March 1st!!)
- Launch new products:
Body Spray
Roll-on Perfumes & Essential Oils
Room/Linen Spray
Yoga Mat Spray
Goats Milk Soap
Liquid Hand Soap - Launch merchandise (Cody, my amazing husband, is helping with the design!)
- Add permanent store presence - add products to five local stores
- Increase market participation - add three markets
- Studio space - create my dream basement studio space
In addition to these goals, I also have some big sales and social media objectives I'd love to accomplish! I'm so excited to get started on new things for 2025. I absolutely love making candles, and they will continue to be our specialty item, but branching out into other product categorizes is so much fun.
Some other fun happenings in the world of Little Valley Co:
- Mother's Day candle special will return for the 2nd time. Custom candles with floral designs will be available for preorder about 5 weeks prior to Mother's Day (May 11). More information will be available on social media.
- I'll be at St Olaf on March 8th to participate in their vendor show during U of M's Horticulture Days.
- Refill program. Glass jars from Little Valley Co. can be returned back to me for either a refill of that product at a 10% discount or a 10% discount on a future order.
- The Bazaar! This has been one of the most fun things I've worked on so far. The Bazaar is a collection of candles made from random antique and eccentric vessels I've found around. These candles are unique in that they are not tested for safety or quality since they are only one of a kind. Check out The Bazaar section of the website to see what is available!
