Little Valley Co

"Little Valley" is an homage to my ancestry and my family name, which translates to "little valley" in Norwegian. Like many Norwegian immigrants, my family decided to call Minnesota home.

At the beginning of the pandemic, I was searching for a new hobby like many others around the world. Inspired from what I was learning online, I decided to give candle making a shot. Little did I know how complex the art and science of candle making really was!

I started out by creating candles for friends and family for gifts, as well as for myself to burn around the house. My first few candles had tons of problems - little heat throw (no scent), tunneling, and wicks that just wouldn't stay lit. The more I learned, the more I practiced, the more I created. Eventually, I felt confident in my formula (I came a LONG way from the beginning!) and felt inspired to create "Little Valley Co" to start selling my creations.

What you see today is just the beginning of what Little Valley Co will be. I am so excited to share with you my signature scent and small batch scent collections. Stay tuned to this page and our Instagram and Facebook pages to learn of new products, new scents, and updates to the business.
